Key Fob Information

               The Villages of Palm Beach Lakes POA is transitioning to a key fob system for a more                                secure and easier access to our recreational areas.

One key fob per unit can be registered and a notice will be sent out to HOA representatives as to when residents can obtain a second key fob per unit.

Key Fobs are only registered to residents within the Villages POA and only two quests are permitted per key.  If the Key Fob is lost, a $25.00 fee will apply to obtain a new key.

Key Fobs will be distributed every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at our main office, located at:     

 3199 Cumberland Dr. West Palm Beach, Fl. 33408



KEY FOB Procedure:

New Applicants will need to bring:

• Warranty Deed of homeowner OR Lease if renting.
• I.D.
• $25.00 cash only payment.

Applicants that have previously had a park pass card will need to bring:

• Old Pass Card, if you do not have the Park Pass, you will need to bring the Warranty Deed or Lease.
• I.D.
• $25.00 cash payment.

Rental Community Applicants will need to bring:

• Application signed by community manager and must be printed with the Association Letterhead.
• I.D.
• $25.00 cash only payment.
