The Villages of Palm Beach Lakes POA is comprised of 36 sub associations within 1.422 acres in the heart of West Palm Beach.           We are responsible for maintaining the medians throughout The Villages in addition to three parks with salt  generated water pools, playgrounds, exercise trails, general purpose fields as well as bocce ball, racquet and tennis courts .

All of these amenities are for the exclusive use of our residents.
